Actions Taken

Kaldi’s Coffee has completed the following steps to improve the accessibility of our online experiences:

  • Engaged Accessible.org, an independent third-party accessibility specialist, to provide consultation, auditing, and validation services.

  • Completed a comprehensive accessibility audit of kaldiscoffee.mom, including an automated scan, to identify accessibility issues for remediation.

  • Implemented accessibility improvements and completed validation of those fixes.

  • Completed user testing with an accessibility professional who is blind or visually impaired and uses screen reader assistive technology.

  • Provided accessibility training to our digital team, including web content personnel, developers, designers, and other team members, to support their understanding and application of accessibility best practices.
